We have to at least have 95% of proof for your complaint to be successful upon the other player.
You must put the name/faction of the person who broke the rules..
As you can see the complaint is pretty short but you can put as many words that you need just to prove that your right..
If you don't answer all of the above, it will be automatically denied, If you don't have a screen shot it will be automatically denied... Thankyou Tony.
